Full Color Custom 4mm Corrugated Plastic Signs - Order & Upload

Full color 4mm thick corrugated plastic signs are rigid signs that are suitable for use with many of our outdoor sign stands and yard-sign frames. 

Sign Holder Size Reference:

• A Signicade holds 2 one-sided 24"x36" x 4mm signs
• A Simpo holds 2 one-sided 22"x28" x 4mm signs
• A Poly Quick holds 2 two-sided 24"x18" x 4mm signs
• A Wire H-Frame Yard Sign Stake holds 1 two-sided 24"x18" x 4mm sign (or smaller)

Lamination Options:

• No Lamination = 1 year before noticeable fading
• Dry Erase Lamination = works with both dry & wet-erase markers
• UV Guard Lamination = Extends the life of the sign by 3-4 years

We print directly on the 4mm corrugated plastic substrate, so there is no decal that will ever have bubbles or fail over time. 4mm corrugated plastic is a great solution for outdoor and indoor use.  You'll see it often used for yard signs and in A-frame sidewalk signage. It is waterproof, and it can be cleaned with soapy water without any harmful effects to the material or the print.

• Your upload could take 1 minute or 40 minutes depending on your file size and your internet speed.
• We print the file as it is provided, therefore we are not responsible for flaws in your artwork.
• Vector files are preferred and should be a PDF, AI or EPS.
• We can take other file types if your don't have design software. EG: Upload a word file ...we'll convert it to PDF.
• For Adobe Illustrator files, please outline your text or embed any fonts when saving your files.
• If providing bitmapped files, art should be at least 50dpi if designed at full print size. Bitmapped images should not be over 120dpi.
