We print the file as it is provided, therefore we are not responsible for flaws in your artwork. 
The file type should be a PDF, AI, EPS, JPG or PNG. If vector, it can be saved at a smaller scale (like 1/2 of actual). If bit-mapped, save at full size.
For Adobe Illustrator files, please outline your text or embed any fonts when saving your files.
At full size, bit-mapped images shouldn't be over 120dpi or under 72dpi.

Artwork Requirements:
Artwork must be created to match the front and back side of the flag template.
1. Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
2. The maximum size of the file should be 120M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
